JACKETED DESIGN
We, “JOGANI” offers a Jacketed Plug Valve. Its available different type of Jacket like Half Jacket and Full Jacket. Jacketed valve mostly used in High Temperature line. In Jacketed valve flange used higher size.
Heating or Cooling jackets are required where the process temperature must be maintained throughout the valve in order to keep the process media fluid at a constant temperature. In particular, where there is potential for media to be trapped within a closed valve the heating jacket can be vital in maintaining the process temperature and preventing the trapped product from solidifying.
This applies especially to media like liquid asphalt, Sulphur, bitumen resins, etc. In addition, the efficient flow of media is ensured through the elimination of pockets. For Jacket heating process used heating media like Thermic Fluid, Steam, Hot Oil or Hot Water. After Jacket welded (Fabricated) on valve body, every valve tested after the fabrication. Jacket Air and Hydraulic Test is carried out at 6 Bar Pressure.
